This is the worst customer service I have ever had experienced so far from such a luxury brand.Due to Brexit climates, they could not deliver my parcel to me and they do still keep my money in their account since 3 months. Despite the fact that I call them so many times, I am just being ignored and they keep me hanging still.Don’t think so they do check here as well, thinking to claim my legal rights if they don’t get back to me in a month.
WARNING.
The only way to contact customer service is via a web form to which they dont even bother to send an acknowledgement. They offer a phone line but calls go unanswered. Refunds are therefore impossible unless you are prepared to go to extraordinary lengths. Maybe the company is going bust. 100% will never buy from them again.
